Important Notice for EOH (Electric Over Hydraulic) Disc Brake Trailers
When connecting a trailer equipped with Electric Over Hydraulic (EOH) disc brakes, you must manually change the brake system setting on your truck's portal/controller to "EOH."

Model Years 2020-2023: Some Ford trucks have an active recall related to the brake controller.
* Please check your VIN before purchasing or towing at: Ford Recall Lookup
Model Years 2024-2025: Ford updated its brake system, which may cause the truck to not recognize certain trailers.
* If your truck is not detecting the EOH trailer, a compatibility adaptor may be required.

GM trucks do not come from the factory with a brake controller that supports Electric Over Hydraulic disc brakes.
* You will need to install an aftermarket brake controller for proper trailer operation.
